Licencing opportunities Since 2005, Stuzzico Pizza by the Slice - trading as StuzzicoTM - has grown into a small but successful chain of several shops, locally owned and run in Perth, WA. We are actively looking for enthusiastic and motivated partners to open new outlets in Perth and in the rest of Australia. We do not require previous experience in the catering or hospitality industry, and unlike some American chains - whose names we cannot mention ! - we do not charge any licensing or startup fees. Formation and initial training are also included, so all that is required from you is commitment. The ideal premises is 40-50 square metres, best situated on a busy pedestrian street, in a mall, near the University, or near offices. To start off with, it can be run by just the owner to reduce costs and avoid the hassle of hiring. As the business expands, we find that taking on just one or two employees is sufficient on even the busiest days!
